- Receiving Time Sheets from the client and doing calculation for all the employees as per their employment types
- Preparing report showing the amounts payable to all employees for various days and shifts
- Entering the same into MYOB
- Preparing a journal and entering the same into MYOB
- Batching the payment of all the employees for the concerned pay period and sending the same to the client
- Preparing reports to be sent to employees on a monthly and yearly basis

- While receiving Time Sheets from client, there are some times when they are not completely legible
- Payroll projects are to be completed on a perfect deadline as employees need to be paid on time. Hence, that needs to be followed
- There are various shifts (morning, night, holiday), etc that needs to be taken care of. Also, there are various types of employees (casual, full-time, temporary), etc. All these need to be taken care of
