This project has the following requirements:
- Clearing the backlog in accounts maintained by previous bookkeeper
- Match all the transactions in the software with the transactions on the Bank and Credit Card statements
- Preparing reconciliation for all Bank and Credit Card accounts for the entire previous year
- Prepare a list of discrepancies along with suggestions and send to the client
- Closing one year for the required balance and providing the reports to the client
- Preparing an entire manual for entering all the transactions for the specific client including documents required, frequency of updating required and entries to be passed etc for the client
- Ensuring smoother functioning of the bookkeeping function
Better presentation of the accounts as per client's requirements.

| Project Description |
This project has the following requirements:
- Receiving hand-written details from client
- Entering the transactions into software
- Matching entries with Bank and Credit Card statements when received
- Resolving discrepancies by communication with client
- Entering missing transactions and editing incorrect entries
- Preparing Bank and Credit Card reconciliation
Send Reconciliation report to the client within a week from the end of the month.

- This was new software when we received this project
- Receiving hand written documents through fax involved proper scanning of the document
- The documents were not legible at times, hence involved more client communication
